 Leading publisher of educational products wanted to identify new opportunities in the Hispanic market.

  • We developed a multi-level research platform to understand and identify new product opportunities and brand extensions.
  • èUsing Brand Love ™ & Brand Blueprint ™ we designed an innovative segmentation that uncovered  a need for a new Spanish-language computer course.
  • After identifying the new product opportunity, SocialQuest helped the client integrate the new product with its  brand.  A  second phase of the research was launched to identify design elements and  position the product to stand out in a crowded marketplace.

 

 

Results

  • We helped our client enter old territory in a new way.  We positioned the product to tap into core Hispanic values and bridged the ‘brand ambition’ to develop a product and message that stood out from the rest.

  • Product  was launched in 2006 and generated over 6 million in sales in its first year and is projected to generate over 14 million in sales in its second year.
