Nichole Becker has a talent for translating often mind-numbing arrays of numbers into easily understood findings and conclusions. She has been in research for 25 years and specializes in brand tracking, attitude and usage, concept testing, customer satisfaction, segmentation, and how the Internet and social media impact today’s consumers. She has worked with many well-known brands including Yahoo, Kia, Macy’s, Microsoft, MoneyGram, Nivea, Old Spice, Telemundo, Valiant Pharmaceuticals, and Western Union. Nichole holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Occidental College.
